Lara Oto Lastik

A tyre and roadside repair shop in Antalya. I rebuilt its dated site as a fast static site in Turkish, English, German and Russian, and it offers each visitor their own language when they arrive.

Software in daily use

Four apps I made run every day at Bahar Kitapçım Kırtasiye, a bookshop and stationer in Aliağa, İzmir. Screenshots use demo data.

    Customers scan a shelf label at a tablet on the wall and see the price in large yellow type. Staff look up prices and stock from their phones through the same Go service.

    After a power cut, every tablet now comes back to this screen by itself. It used to take a mouse and a login at each one.

    A bot that checks three Belgrade rental sites every five minutes, scores each flat by commute, price and light, merges duplicates across sites, and sends one Telegram card per flat with a message draft in Serbian.

    Android, works offline

    An app built for a user with retinitis pigmentosa: one central column, nothing at the screen edges, high contrast and Atkinson Hyperlegible type. It shows the source of every claim and refuses to diagnose.

    8D Bench

    FastAPI, NumPy, Web Audio

    Turns a song into 8D audio. Paste a YouTube link or drop a file, move the sliders while it plays, and download the MP3. The orbit on screen runs on the same formula as the sound.

    An industrial packaging exporter in Torbalı. I designed its logo and the print for its 2026 trade shows, including the entrance panel of its stand and a two-panel display for a show in the US.

    About

    I studied computer programming at Valencia College in Orlando and started out building WordPress sites there. Since then I have led a small team on a fintech MVP, freelanced for clients in Turkey, and kept a shop's software running every day.

    I work in English and Turkish. I spoke at TEDx Youth Bodrum, and I have been a delegate and a chair at more than ten Model UN conferences.
